Lately...

The past few weeks have been especially hectic, with the start of school, a new internship at a magazine, and getting back into the swing of things after a relaxing Christmas break. I'm so happy to be back at school! What I've been up to...

Enjoying wine with close friends.

5 Things.

I've decided to start doing a weekly post about the 5 things I'm currently loving. With Valentine's day being less than a week away (!!) I figured I could theme this week's 5 things on romance!

I love this picture that I found on pinterest! Such a cute, inexpensive and fun little way to let your special someone know how you feel.

These heart-shaped cinnamon rolls look absolutely delicious and are also so cute. How fun would it be to make these for your boyfriend on Valentine's day morning?!

I just love this picture... it's so romantic. A girl can dream, right?

It would be so thoughtful to make a canvas with some sort of love quote, lyric, etc. for your loved one. It's a great reminder to him/her about how much you care, and also allows you to customize it to your liking!

And last, but not least, I'm loving this simple pink heart print. I can picture it hanging above my desk perfectly :)

Hi everyone!

My name is Allie and I'm currently a junior in college. I've been reading blogs for years, and decided to give blogging a whirl! I'm a journalism major, so writing has always come pretty easily to me - and hopefully so will blogging :)


A little bit about me:
I'm the oldest of three girls. I love my family to death!




I love my best friends from high school and miss them! Being hours apart isn't always ideal, but no matter what we remain as close as ever.





I've met some pretty amazing people while in college, too! I've loved all three years at school and can't believe that I'm already well into my third to last semester in college.
